Refund Policy

   We accept return requests for eligible merchandise within 60 calendar days starting from the date your package is marked as successfully delivered by the shipping carrier. Products submitted for return must remain in unused, unaltered, original condition with intact original packaging, seals, labels and accessories included. Opened, damaged, heavily used or customized items that cannot be resold will not qualify for refund approval.

   Before sending any items back, you must submit a formal return application via our customer service channel. Please provide your complete order number, purchase date, detailed reason for return and clear photos of the goods for our review. Our support team will reply to your application within a reasonable timeframe and issue an authorized return shipping instruction once approved. Unauthorized returns sent without prior confirmation will be refused and not processed for reimbursement.

    Once we receive, inspect and confirm your returned items meet all return requirements, we will initiate your refund operation immediately. Please allow 5 to 10 business days for the funds to reflect back to your original payment account after our refund issuance. Processing delays occasionally occur due to bank or payment platform internal settlement schedules, which are outside our operational control.

     All approved refund amounts will be calculated and issued in United States Dollars (USD), matching the currency used during your original checkout transaction. Any exchange rate differences, bank transfer fees or intermediary charges incurred during the fund reversal process will not be covered or compensated by our store.

   Shipping costs are non-refundable as all orders qualify for complimentary global shipping at checkout. We also reserve the right to reject refund applications for items damaged due to improper personal use, accidental drops, improper storage, or customer-caused defects after delivery. Final sale, clearance and promotional discounted items may have additional return restrictions as marked on product pages.
